Pick-Up from Arusha: Your journey begins with a pick-up from your hotel in Arusha at 8:00 AM.

Drive to Tarangire National Park: Enjoy a scenic 3-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, located 115 km from Arusha. The park spans an impressive area of 2,800 square kilometers and is renowned for its rich wildlife and stunning landscapes.

Full-Day Game Drive: Once you arrive, you’ll embark on a full-day game drive. Tarangire is famous for its large herds of elephants, majestic baobab trees, and the unique sight of tree-climbing pythons. Keep your eyes peeled for lions, leopards, and a variety of other wildlife as they gather around the Tarangire River for water.

Dinner and Overnight Stay: After an exciting day of exploration, you’ll head to Jambo Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay, where you can relax and reflect on your day’s adventures.

After a hearty breakfast this morning, you’ll pack your luggage into the safari jeep and embark on an en-route game drive to Serengeti National Park, enjoying your lunch on the go.

As you travel, take in the stunning views of the Rift Valley and the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. You’re expected to arrive in Serengeti around 3:00 PM.

Once you arrive, you’ll embark on a late afternoon game drive through central Serengeti, where you can witness a breathtaking sunset over the savanna. After your adventure, you’ll head to the Serengeti campsite for dinner and an overnight stay.

The Serengeti is renowned for its endless plains and the incredible wildebeest migration, which includes approximately 1.5 million herbivores. These migrations are driven by the search for grazing, with predators following closely behind. Your guide will ensure you have the opportunity to witness this remarkable spectacle, along with herds of zebra and various gazelles, including Grant’s and Thomson’s, as well as elands and impalas.

Today, you’ll rise early and enjoy a hearty breakfast before embarking on an exciting game drive in Serengeti National Park. Your driver will take you to the northern region of the park, where you can witness the spectacular wildebeest migration and all the drama that unfolds.

Key locations to observe this incredible mass movement include the Mara River and the Ndutu Plains. River crossings at Kogatende typically begin in July, as the massive herds settle in the area. From July to October, game viewing reaches its peak, with river crossings almost guaranteed daily.

The herds tend to move back and forth across the river, following the rains and the emergence of fresh grasses. In late June and July, the migration shifts to the northwestern part of the Serengeti, making this an ideal time to experience the migration in this region.

Today, you’ll wake up early and enjoy a full breakfast before setting out for an exciting day of exploration in Serengeti National Park. Your driver will take you to key areas within the park, ensuring you stay on the trail of the wildebeest migration.

The Great Migration is a dynamic event that varies each year, with the best chances of witnessing it occurring from June to September. During this time, the wildebeest typically migrate northward, and your driver will take you to northern Serengeti, where you can witness the dramatic river crossings at the Mara River.

From January to March, the wildebeest calving takes place, adding another fascinating aspect to this remarkable journey. Rest assured, our team will do everything possible to ensure you have the opportunity to see this incredible spectacle during your tour.

You’ll wake up at 5:45 AM to enjoy an early breakfast while watching the sun rise over the Serengeti. After breakfast, you’ll embark on an exhilarating morning game drive, exploring the park until 11:30 AM.

Following the morning adventure, you’ll return to the campsite for a delicious hot lunch and pack your belongings into the jeep. After lunch, you’ll continue your game drive through Serengeti as you make your way to the Ngorongoro Crater, soaking in the breathtaking landscapes and wildlife along the way.

You’ll wake up around 5:30 AM for breakfast before embarking on a thrilling descent to the floor of Ngorongoro Crater. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to see the Big Five, along with various bird species and the elusive black rhino.

During the day, you’ll enjoy lunch in the crater, surrounded by stunning landscapes and high concentrations of flamingos. After an exciting 6 to 7 hours of game driving on the crater floor, you’ll begin your ascent back, stopping at the campsite to pack your belongings into the jeep.

Following your crater adventure, you’ll head to Jambo Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay. Later in the day, you’ll experience a walking tour in Mto wa Mbu village, where you can immerse yourself in local culture, explore banana plantations, and taste delicious local food.

After breakfast, you’ll head to Lake Manyara for a full day of game driving. Inside the park, you’ll have the chance to spot the famous tree-climbing lions and observe large flocks of flamingos drawn to the lake’s algae. You’ll also visit a refreshing hot spring during your exploration.

Later in the day, you’ll visit a Maasai boma, where you can learn about their vibrant culture and traditions firsthand.

After a day filled with adventure and cultural insights, you’ll drive back to Arusha for dinner and an overnight stay.
