1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a tour or safari with Toilo Tours and Safaris, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance. A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- Full payment is due 7 days before the start of your tour.
- Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer etc
3. Cancellations and Refunds Policy
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the start of the safari will result in a refund of 80% of the total payment.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the safari will result in a 50% refund.No refunds will be given for
- No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 14 days of the safari start date.
3.1 Cancellation by Toilo Tours and Safaris
We reserve the right to cancel any safari due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, health emergencies, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, clients will have the option to either:
- Receive a full refund of all payments made to Toilo Tours and Safaris; or
- Reschedule the safari for a future date at no additional cost, subject to availability.
Toilo Tours and Safaris is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the client as a result of the cancellation, such as flights or accommodation not booked through us.
4. Changes to Itineraries
Toilo Tours and Safaris reserves the right to change or modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, safety, or other operational issues.
5. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.
6. Liability
Toilo Tours and Safaris is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during your tour. Guests participate at their own risk.
7. Behavior and Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that respects other participants, the environment, and local cultures. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
8. Health and Safety
Guests are responsible for their own health and well-being. It is advisable to consult a medical professional regarding any vaccinations or medications needed prior to travel.
9. Data Protection
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
10. Amendments
Toilo Tours and Safaris reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to all current and future customers.
